After Sales Services
Dedicated to ensuring that you enjoy your Mahogany Masterpieces to the fullest and to build a long lasting bond with you, we ensure that our services to you do not end with the purchase of a product. From handling the delivery and installation of your furniture to a range of services offered through our Furniture Spa© which includes re-upholstery, stain removal and shampooing we ensure that we stand by our products to offer you the best after-sales services.
Goods manufactured and supplied by us shall carry a warranty against poor quality of timber and workmanship for a period of ten years from the invoice date on solid wooden products and two years for products manufactured with synthetic boards (MDF, Plywood, Melamine etc) provided that (a) the items are installed properly and used in a proper manner, (b) written notice of any defect is given within 7 days of discovering the defect/s and (c) the goods are returned to our stores as directed by us.We may, at our sole discretion, either replace or repair the defective goods upon being satisfied that the defect is due to poor
quality of timber or workmanship. In the event the defective goods cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall refund the price paid for such goods. This warranty excludes products manufactured by third parties suppliers: for eg: glass, stainless steel fittings, foam, locks, hinges, light fixtures, fabric, etc. No warranty expressed or implied, other than the foregoing, is made or shall be construed for the order. The warranty shall be valid only upon full payment being made before delivery of the goods and once the original invoice or warranty card is produced by the customer.
